Mota Edu Solutions

My journey at Mota started with a short meeting with their founder and CEO, who has the ambition to create an eco-system for early education business.

The company was established in 2019, but no branding activity has existed. Even there was no brand guideline. I have studied the brand values, mission, and strengths to apply a brand guideline and communication plan in short and long term.

The branding strategy has demonstrated a strong impact on the lead generation campaign, driving a significant increase in both leads and conversions, even amidst a general market downturn.

Not only managing the social media and all marketing activities, I have also directly renewed their website to adapt some of the SEO efforts.

Hooray Bilingual Kindergarten

Education, Preschool

Hooray Kindergarten is a bilingual preschool that educates children from 1 to 6 years old. Their programs focus on giving a bilingual environment for early childhood, where the teachers will help your child adapt to an international community and develop his/her confidence and self-esteem.

Before I joined Hooray, they had no active marketing team but a content creator who took care of their Facebook page, and a marketing staff who handled small school events. 

I have worked to help Hooray review and renovate its brand strategy, by interpreting customers’ insights into a brand’s positioning and core values to communicate and engage with parents.

 

HIGHLIGHTS

During about 9 months at Hooray, my critical contribution focused on digital marketing and brand communication to increase the school’s reputation and maximize leads via digital ad campaigns (500+ qualified leads within 9 weeks)

Dalat Hasfarm

Retail, E-commerce, B2B || Agriculture - Flowers

The company was founded in 1994 and has become the most popular supplier of flowers in Vietnam. The retail networks have been expanded since 2016 and E-commerce has started to develop since 2018.

To serve a higher level of digital transformation, I have joined as an Online Marketing manager to manage the digital marketing campaigns as well as online branding activities. Currently, I am taking care of the social page with 515k followers and 200k reaches per day.

HIGH LIGHTS

Within 2 years of working mostly as an online communication manager, I have put my efforts into renewing brand image by improving their Youtube channel. Most of the top engaged/viewed videos were handled by me, from planning, scripting, and production.

Pot Plant launching campaign

The campaign was planned in order to introduce the Pot plant category officially to the customers through short and optimized communication. Marketing’s goals were to reach the younger generation who like to decorate their living spaces with natural plants while enhancing the brand’s core values to the audience. Over a period of two months, the campaign achieved a remarkable 38% increase in online sales revenue.

Related group brands

Since Dalat Hasfarm is a group of sub-brands in their eco-system of agriculture, I have also handled planning and execution the online marketing for these brands with a certain scope of work.

Hasfarm Greens+

This is a total new brand of premium vegetables developed by Dalat Hasfarm. I have managed the website construction and content planning across social media from the very first stage.

Bio Pro

Bio Pro by Dalat Hasfarm was established in 2015 and produces a wide range of beneficial fungi, bacteria, insects and potting soil and compost which follow sustainable development.

Kim Dental

Dental Clinics, Heathcare

I joined Kim Dental, a chain of dental clinics with 23 locations in HCM and Hanoi, as the role of Communication Manager. Although it was a short time, I contributed to the success of their biggest campaign in the first half of 2022, reaching the highest revenue in a month (40 billion VND).

Dambri Topview

Hospitality - Glamping Homestay

A small homestay with a glamping concept located in Bao Loc, Lam Dong wanted to reach and engage more with their potential guests. I have provided them with a 3-month digital advertising campaign to improve the number of leads and conversion rate.

Social boosting campaign

Based on the insights gathered from social media, I have conducted paid advertisements on Meta and TikTok to reach the target audience. Additionally, I made some enhancements to the content and imagery to optimize the campaign’s effectiveness.

Display and search ads were picked for a limited budget. The video gained 300k views on TikTok after 5 days.

Wipro Unza Brands

As a copywriting lead, I was in charge of developing strategy proposals, content frameworks, and creative direction for Yomedia, a digital agency. Its biggest client, Wipro, has booked a 6-month contract to develop content together with media buying for their social media pages.

I have worked with a team of 4 copywriters and 5 designers, video editors, to develop the concepts and perform them, mostly focusing on social campaigns.

Lac Viet Computing

B2B SaaS

Lac Viet is one of the oldest companies providing IT solutions in Vietnam, with the most popular dictionary application, named mTD. The company offers lots of software as well as applications for businesses, operated by separate functional centers.

Working as a digital marketing manager in a few months, I assisted the company with content planning for digital campaigns, which mostly focused on increasing traffic to landing pages.

The An Home & Garden

The An was a start-up specializing in providing products and services related to plant decoration. Since it started from scratch, I have worked as a marketing and business development manager, leading the teams to approach and gain customers.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of finance and other objective obstacles, just like any start-up, the firm has not gone far.

This was my first project as a freelance copywriter with ClickMedia in 2010.

The CEO of Click recognized me from my blog articles and approached me about the job. Despite the fact that this was a short campaign and my participation was minor, it provided me with the opportunity to become a professional copywriter, which I am grateful for.
